"Menotakara" is a Japanese-made supplement containing 20mg of lutein. Lutein is one of the pigment components that make up the macula of the retina, but it decreases with age and is not produced in the body. Since it is difficult to consume a sufficient amount from a normal diet, continuous supplementation is recommended.
