Every shipping method we offer is tracked. The moment your parcel leaves the warehouse, you get a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and link.
One number, two trackers
Follow the parcel on Japan Post's tracker while it's in transit. Once it clears customs in your country, the same number works on your national postal site too — USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, La Poste, Correos, PostNL and others.
When updates appear
The first scan usually appears within 24–48 hours of dispatch. After the parcel reaches your country, watch for notices from your local post office or customs — they handle the final delivery.
