Made with 100% Kagoshima-grown Ashitaba, this straight-type aojiru is freshly squeezed and flash-frozen at -35°C to lock in its natural freshness. No artificial colors or preservatives are used. Ashitaba contains a well-balanced mix of vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber, along with "chalcone," a rare polyphenol health component. It is carefully cultivated at our Yakushima Farm and by contract farmers, from chemical-free soil preparation to manual harvesting. Highly recommended for supplementing daily vegetable intake and supporting a balanced diet.
