Taisho Pharmaceutical's "Colac II" is a Class 2 medicine that relieves constipation and associated symptoms such as heavy head, hot flashes, rough skin, pimples, loss of appetite, and abdominal bloating. The active ingredients bisacodyl and DSS (dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate) work to allow moisture to penetrate hard stools, making them easier to pass. Take the following dose with water or lukewarm water before bedtime (or on an empty stomach). However, use the minimum dose for the first time, and gradually increase or decrease the dose while monitoring your bowel movements and condition. - 15 years and older: 1 to 3 tablets per dose, once a day. - 11 to 14 years: 1 to 2 tablets per dose, once a day. - Under 11 years: Do not take.
