Take an appropriate amount and gently and evenly apply it to the face and body (approximate amount: about 1.5 cm in diameter for the face, adjust according to the area for the body).
Apply in small amounts in several batches. If the amount used is too small, sufficient sunscreen effect cannot be obtained.
To maintain the sunscreen effect, reapply after wiping off sweat, etc.
When removing, wash thoroughly with your regular cleanser (facial cleanser or makeup remover for the face, body wash for the body, etc.).
