A rectangular tray made of 18-8 stainless steel, essential for food preparation. It can be used for draining or as a storage container when combined with the rectangular colander or plate (sold separately). The rimless design prevents dirt accumulation and makes it easy to clean.
This rectangular tray is perfect for food preparation tasks such as marinating meat and fish, removing salt from clams, and coating food for frying.
By stacking the rectangular colander (sold separately), it can be used to drain vegetables or tofu, or to drain oil from fried foods. Covered with the rectangular plate (sold separately), it becomes a space-saving storage container.
Formed from a single sheet of stainless steel, it has a seamless design with no rolled edges, preventing dirt buildup. The surface has a hairline finish for a premium matte appearance.
