1. Take an appropriate amount in your hand (2 pumps is the appropriate amount).
2. Place it in a circular motion on 5 points: both cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin.
3. Spread evenly using your entire palms.
4. Blend it in by gently lifting both cheeks. For the forehead, place one entire palm sideways and lift upwards. Alternate lifting with your left and right hands.
5. Using mainly your middle fingers, blend it into the fine areas around the mouth, nose, and eyes.
