Fujifilm's "Metabarrier Kudzu Flower Isoflavone EX" is a food with functional claims containing isoflavones derived from kudzu flowers (as tectorigenins). It has been reported to increase energy consumption during daily activities and exercise (around 3.5 METs), and help reduce weight, belly fat (visceral and subcutaneous fat), and waist circumference in people prone to obesity.

Take 4 tablets a day with water or lukewarm water.
