Using it before your toning water conditions the skin to be smooth, helping moisturizing ingredients easily penetrate the stratum corneum. Fragrance-free, colorant-free, mineral oil-free, weakly acidic, paraben-free, alcohol-free.

After cleansing and before applying toning water, take an appropriate amount in your hands and blend over the entire face. (Suggested amount: 1-2 pumps)
