A grape-flavored supplement that provides 4mg of zinc in 2 tablets, along with vitamins B1, B2, B6, and biotin. A chewable type that can be deliciously eaten without water. Zinc is a nutrient necessary to maintain a normal sense of taste, helps maintain the health of the skin and mucous membranes, and is involved in the metabolism of proteins and nucleic acids to help maintain health.

Take about 2 tablets a day, making sure to chew them well.
