Made with 100% domestic sticky rice. Convenient round mochi with slits that bakes perfectly and can be broken by hand. Each piece is approximately 33g, ideal for ozoni soup and daily mochi dishes.
- Bake in a toaster oven until the surface begins to brown (approx. 3 mins at 1000W).
- Turn off the toaster oven without opening the door and leave it for about 2 mins. The mochi will become fluffy inside.
