An authentic kirimochi made with carefully selected Habutae glutinous rice from Shiga Prefecture. Our original new production method and careful pounding bring out the mochi's natural flavor and a fine, silky smooth texture. Using the highest quality raw material, Shiga Prefecture's Habutae glutinous rice, and carefully finishing it, you can enjoy a premium, silk-like texture and a fluffy bake.
- Bake in a toaster oven until the surface of the mochi starts to brown (3-4 minutes at 1000W).
- Turn off the switch without opening the toaster oven door and leave it for about 2 minutes. The mochi will bake up fluffy all the way through.
