After wetting your hair, turn the nozzle (blue part) 90 degrees, lightly apply the nozzle to your scalp, and apply an appropriate amount.
As a guide, press for about 1 second in 3 places.
Wash by massaging the scalp, then rinse thoroughly.
Close the nozzle after use.
