An all-stainless steel paring knife with a V-Gold 10 (VG10) core. With an easy-to-maneuver 90mm blade, it is extremely useful for cutting and peeling fruits. The handle, featuring a tornado pattern, provides a non-slip grip and can be washed entirely for good hygiene.
