A thermo patch applied directly to the neck, shoulders, lower back, stomach, etc. Comfortable steam heat of about 40°C lasts for 5-8 hours. Gentle steam on the skin does not wet clothes. Uses a thin sheet that is hard to show through outerwear. Unscented type, designed for easy use even when going out.

Peel off the release paper of the sheet and apply directly to the skin.
