A Santoku knife from Tojiro's direct-store exclusive "Tsumugi" series. It features a cherry wood handle and a blade made of VG10 combined with 13 chrome stainless steel. It has a double-edged design that is easy to handle for everyday cooking.
The Tsumugi logo is based on the concepts of "harmony" and "gentleness." The four lines depict the motif of spinning thread (tsumugu), expressing the unpretentious beauty associated with the word Tsumugi.
