Watashi no Aojiru

Uses high-quality young barley grass grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers by contract farmers in the Kunisaki Peninsula of Oita Prefecture and its surrounding areas. Made from the squeezed extract powder of fresh young barley grass, this aojiru dissolves easily and is highly drinkable. Free of artificial flavors, preservatives, and colorings. Containing dietary fiber, β-carotene, iron, and more, it is recommended for nutritional supplementation for those lacking vegetables in their diet.

This product comes in individually packaged powder form. As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 packets per day, dissolving 1 packet in about 100 ml of water, hot water, milk, or other beverages. It is also delicious when mixed with yogurt or various other foods.
