Constipation
Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: heavy head, hot flashes, rough skin, pimples, loss of appetite (decreased appetite), abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids.

Take the following dose before bedtime with water or warm water without chewing. However, use the minimum dose for the first time and gradually increase or decrease it while observing the condition of your bowel movements.

• Adults (15 years and older): 2-3 tablets at a time, once a day
• 11 to under 15 years old: 1-2 tablets at a time, once a day
