To maintain its fresh taste, it uses a double barrier packaging with oxygen absorbers in both the individual wrapper and the outer bag. The expiration date is printed on each individual piece, allowing for safe, long-term storage even after the outer bag is opened. The special cuts allow it to bake even more puffily.
