OIGEN Flat Cast Iron Kettle Arare 400ml

This cast iron kettle was originally designed for export to Europe. Its practical capacity is small, holding about 300ml, perfect for one mug. The handle can be folded down for compact storage.

・Due to the nature of casting, there may be slight individual differences in size and weight.
・Depending on the manufacturing year and batch, some items may not have an engraving (Nambu Seieido / OIGEN).
・The kettle becomes very hot during and after heating, so be sure to use oven mitts.
・Boiling water with the lid closed is dangerous as it may spurt out from the spout. Slide or remove the lid while boiling to release steam.
・If the kettle is unstable on a gas stove trivet, use a heat-resistant roasting net for stoves.
