Cut mochi made from 100% domestic paddy glutinous rice. The original slits allow it to bake up fluffy and beautiful, and it's a convenient specification that can be easily broken by hand.

1. Bake in a toaster oven until the surface of the mochi begins to brown (3-4 minutes at 1000W). 2. Turn off the switch without opening the toaster oven door and leave it for about 2 minutes. The mochi will be fluffy all the way to the center. *Baking time varies depending on the toaster oven model, so please adjust the heating time.
