Made with 100% domestic sticky rice. Convenient round mochi with slits that bakes perfectly and can be broken by hand. Each piece is approximately 33g, ideal for ozoni soup and daily mochi dishes.

1. Bake in a toaster oven until the surface begins to brown (approx. 3 mins at 1000W).
2. Turn off the toaster oven without opening the door and leave it for about 2 mins. The mochi will become fluffy inside.
