Convenient round mochi made from 100% domestic paddy glutinous rice.

Thanks to the unique "Crisp Slit" process, it bakes beautifully and can be easily broken by hand. It can be easily used in a variety of dishes, such as daily meals, ozoni, and oshiruko.

1. Bake in a toaster oven until the surface of the mochi begins to brown (about 3 minutes at 1000W).
2. Turn off the toaster oven without opening the door, and leave it for about 2 minutes. The mochi will bake up plump and soft all the way through.
